Right-hander Chin-hui Tsao was on hand Tuesday but wasn't placed on the
active roster. He developed a blister on the tip of his right middle finger
while pitching for his native Taiwan in the Olympics, and his situation is
being monitored by the Rockies' medical staff.
Tsao only pitched one inning at Colorado Springs after his return from
the Olympics, and was limited to two relief appearances, covering 4 1/3
innings, for the Taiwanese Olympics team.
Hurdle said a decision on whether to activate him will be made later.
