[字彙] 請問這幾個關於"條約""協定"的單字的異同

這幾個字有什麼差異呢?
應該是比較正式與不正式的差異吧?

  這個單字指涉的是同意、和諧、妥協、諒解的"狀態"

  而下面這三個單字都是"條約"的形式之一
  在此僅以國際法觀點加以區分陳述。

: treaty
  條約
  treaty採廣義的定義，即是由國際法主體所締結而以國際法為準的書面協定，
        包括一切具有法律效力的協議，而不論名稱為何。
        ex. 維也納條約法公約 Vienna Convention on the Law of "Treaties"
  treaty採狹義的定義，則專指國際法主體間針對特定事項所締結的條約。
        ex. 中美共同防禦條約 Sino-American "Treaty" of Mutual Defense

: pact
  公約
  pact中文雖翻成公約，但跟convention的公約意思有所出入。
  pact尤其指對立集團或國家之間的條約。
      ex. 華沙公約 Warsaw "Pact"
  convention則表示條約訂明的是許多國家共同的特殊問題。
      ex. 聯合國海洋法公約 United Nations "Convention" on the Law of the Sea

: agreement
  協定
  agreement跟treaty的狹義定義差不多，指國際法主體間針對特定事項所締結的條約。
  agreement跟treaty皆可以是雙邊的或多邊的。
           ex. 關稅暨貿易總協定 General "Agreement" on Triff and Trade
