[文法] to be or being 的差別

  Dear all seniors,

  In there,I have got a little confused in the difference
  of to be and being. For example as below,why the answer is B
  not A,pls kindly advise.
  Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

  93. We appreciated ____________________ to the dinner party.

  (a)  to be invited
  (b)  being invited
  (c)  your inviting us
  (d)  your inviting
