deignate : 指派(人or物)做某種事情/用途
: 因為1.以中文而言是定義 限定的範圍 這樣 不是比較正確嗎?

有幾乎不的意思
意指Ms.Yoosten幾乎沒有完成preparing the financial statement
比較好懂的例句還有:Many of the students speak little or no English
: 選項中還有一個more or less 為什麼不能選
好像可以選,不知道 等其他高人解釋

建議原po看英英字典所解釋的定義來認識單字
