要問的字或詞：（中英皆可）
好比說 Taipei ranks 21st in a Global Financial certer
index report published by the city for London on Thursday,
up four notches from 25th place in a similar report issued in September.
讓我感到混淆的地方：
這句裡有 st也有 th
我不知道它們分別要怎麼用?
