provision 講的是法律文書中所提之應為之事，尤其當該事為某其他事之前提時
簡單來說，clause 是講文章段落及其編號，而 provision 則是講內容
e.g. This contract is really short, it only has three clauses.
這份合約真短，裡面才分三段而已。
e.g. This contract contains provisions for bonuses on early delivery.
這份合約中有提早交貨得領取獎金的條款。
