[字辨] where noted

在TOEIC文章看到：
"Classes are offered Monday through Friday except where noted otherwise."
(攝影工作坊提供攝影課程的introduction的最後一句，
之後有各種不同課程的詳細介紹)

note字典解說有notice, realize, 或mention意思
那麼在這句是解釋notice嗎？
前面有一個where令我困惑，where noted otherwise又該怎麼翻呢？
