What I have learned from IMM:

Actually vs. In fact

這兩個單字大家都會，但在使用上可是有很明顯的差異呢！

"Actually" goes AGAINST with your statement;
"In fact" emphasizes one level deeper, goes with your statement with further
support.

Example:

People who often join the group purchase think they do save some money.
Actually, they might spend more than they expected. In fact, it's very
possible that they will buy too many unnecessary stuff or forget to use those
coupons and waste money.

用中文再舉例唷! 假設A對B 說, B 啊, 你身高應該差不多159-160吧? 這時B 就要回答:
Actually, I'm over 160 然後A說, 是嗎? 看起來大概159, 然後B 就回答 : In fact,
I'm 161.2 !
