這個句子的倒裝沒有問題，因為後面是主動的句型。
但是我想問如果後面的句型是被動的，動詞的位置要如何放置?
例如下面這個句子:
Only by preserving the old, historic building can the localization be
successfully accomplished.
黃色部份的位置是否正確?
