[文法] 什麼情況by會被倒裝?

我是看到翻譯之後才知道第一個子句的結構倒裝了

我不太會分析這樣的句子, 特別是這種又長又不是典型結構的句子

而且為什麼這裡可以倒裝...? 請問有什麼方法可以幫助分析呢?
