雖然知道是一個副詞，可是怎麼它一在一個句子中出現的時候
總是覺得它所產生的語序很不合邏輯
像是書上寫道
Comparing the severity of the crash in Country T
to the severity of the crash in countries otherwise
economically similar to Country T that have not experienced
recent denationalization
這邊的otherwise應該要怎麼解呢？
