所以照理說應該也可以寫成That's the closest to an apology.....
可是為什麼這個題目沒有the也可以呢？ 是不是它可以省略？

答案是A。 不過疑問是為什麼B不是are the richest?
由這兩題得知，是不是be動詞後面最高級的the有時可以"省略"??
而這個"有時" 的時機怎麼判斷？
