B steamships 我想只能這樣改，因為在這無法改成 the simpler steamship,
至於passenger transport 應該視為名詞詞組吧。 你可以在google中輸入
"passenger transport" 和 "passengers' transport"，很明顯為前者較多，
我們可以推測多數的英語使用者傾向使用前者。
