我覺得應該是D錯,因為,transport可以是動詞和名詞
若是名詞,是否要改為passengers' transport
p.s. transport為名詞的意思為:
transport refers to any vichicle that you can travel in or carry goods in.
(mainly BRIT; in AM usually use transportation)
