應該是在discrepancy和the faminist movement中間的關代受格被省略掉了，
把這個形容詞子句單獨拿出來看的話，應該是：
The feminist movement itself may be responsible for the discrepancy.
可見，這題responsible後面是少了for這個介係詞，
所以(B)應該改成responsible for。
