information當資訊用是不可數的
像你這種情況有兩個方法可以解決

1. 把these改成定冠詞the
=>I hope (that) the information helps.
雖然資訊這邊看似單數型，卻不見得只有一項資訊喔！

2.雖然information不可數，但是卻可以用"piece"來強調一項資訊
=>I hope (that) these pieces of information help.
