像你要是想要健康就不要挑食,不要喝垃圾飲料,不要老是只做沒意義的但是你很喜歡的事
意思就是要我們學習去包容那些對我們有好處,但是我們不喜歡的東西吧

而是你在這些歲月裡活的多精彩
