喵 逮捕其實滿麻煩的
如果officers沒有照正常逮捕程序來
就算對方是現行犯
也可以之後就出來ㄌ
律師可以argue說 剛剛officers沒有照正常程序來逮捕 所以警方自己犯法XD

如下
u have the right to remain silent. if u give up that right,
anything u say can and will be used against u in a court of
law. u have the right to an attorney and to have an attorney
present during questioning. if u cannot afford an attorney,
one will be provided to u at no cost. during any questioning,
u may decide at any time to exercise these rights, not
answer any questions, or make any statements.
我記得在加州好像還會問
"do u understand the rights i have just read u, blahblah"
