                   Engilsh as a Foreign Language

     A Japanese tourist in New York changed a stack of yen one day and got

$1,000 in return. A few days later he exchanged the same amount of yen and

got only $980.

     "Hey!"he shouted."You trying cheat me! You think I stupid foreignah

(foreigner),can't speak good Eeglish,so I no speak up."

      The clerk said,"Sir,it's a matter of fluctuations."

      "No. Fuck you Americans!"








ps.fluctuation  波動；變動，在此指匯率波動

   日本人聽成"Fuck you Asians!"所以才回了最後一句.........
