Well, I thought for a while but could not figure out some...
What occurred to me was that school can design smoking area and non-smoking
area for student. Schools shouldn't deprive the rights of the smokers.
If students want to smoke, they can go to smoking area without offending
those who don't smoke.
Those students who are under 18 should not smoke. That means...In law,
students who are older than 18 years old are allowed to smoke. @@
These are only two points I could think of... hope do you a favor.
