  I have the same question with you. I just broke up with my girl friend.
  We have been together 3 years, there are many memory about our love.
  I don't think that I can forget it.
  But I tought myself that I can't have any contact with her, MSN or phone.
  Because that will recall my sweat memory, and I will feel very sad.
  Try to make yourself busy, don't let you stay at home alone.
  This is what I am trying to do.

  P.S. I just broke up with my girl frinend the day before yesterday.
       So, I think I can totally understand what you feel right now.
       Let's cheer up and find another love.
