It is a win or lose competition, zero-sum.

That is why we should not be too hard upon the result
and our players.

I prefer to see this as a practice, in which every member
of the team implements his own philosophy and learns by
doing.

Of course the coach and players cannot publicize or
advertise their strategy in advance, which will leak the
information to the opposite team and compromise its
efficacy like a chink in the armour.
