I think you can watch the movies or dramas twice.
first time, you can turn on the Chinese subtitle to understand what
the movie talks about. Then, you can see it again without subtitle and
focus on listening.
If you have more time, I suggest that you watch them many times with English
subtitle. When you hear any words you don't know, just pause it and
use a dictionary to figure out the words.
