I just Graduated from NCCU last year, and I am now serving my
country as a substitute military serviceman. My services are in
Nantou, but my family lives in Taipei, and I also go back to
Taipei every two weeks or so.
How long have you been learning English?
I've been learning English since kindigarden. I spent my childhood
in The States, and returned to Taiwan to study sixth grade.
What does English mean to you? What do you like about it?
English... Well, it's helped me through my entrance exams, but I
used to hate studying it. In Taiwan, they have a completely
different method of teaching the language, so I had some trouble
getting used to that. Now, (that I've graduated...) I find
English a very useful tool; not only for attaining a job, but also
for making friends from different places. Well, it beats paying
for a plane ticket! lol
Any other information about yourself?
It's a bit boring fulfilling compulsory military services.
