Once, my teacher told me that freeway and highway both mean the same thing,
buy only with a slightly different.
The difference between Highway and Freeway is that the oroginal Freeway
"don't" have any speed limit (free for all speed), and it's very common in
European countries. In contrast, Highway has speed limit, but usually the limit
is very "high" (so thats why they called Highway). However in Taiwan they are
just the same thing.
