[Ask ] Some problem

Hello everyone,

Now I have some problems in writing English letter! On Sept. 14 & 15, we'll

hold a forum at Sheraton Hotel! We invite some foreigners to be the keynote

speakers. I manage their trasfer, ticket, hotel reservation, and material..etc.

So, I have to communicate with them by e-mail everyday. But I think I always

choose the childish words to complete every mail. I try to find some books

with how to promote writing ability, but the contents are so boring and about

the business.

Would someone provide the useful website for my problem? Your suggestion

will be highly appreciated!

By the way, every time in the begining of the mail, I always write:

Hope the mail finds you well.

And the end of the mail, I always write:

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Does some kind person give me some diferent ones.
