Hello, everyone!
    My name is Ian. I am a junior in the department of foriegn languages and
literature in NCKU. This is my first time posting articles here. It is very
good to see lots of people having passion on English.

    Because I've been dreaming about travelling around the world, I take
English as a basic tool for communication. Although I major in Eglish, I
think there is still room for me to improve my English.

    My department espacially emphasizes curriculum of literature and
linguistics which bore me very much. I hate literature the most because I
have less sense about it. I could hardly interpret the meaning from poems and
proses. Comparing the two subjects, I prefer linguistics. It's a study of
human languages, including how humans aquire languages. This part is more
interesting. :p

    Recently, I'm thinking about my future. It is hard for me to decide to
study Linguistics or English Teaching in the graduate school. What's more,
I'm also interested in Japanese. I'm also thinking about studying in Japan.
Oh, I can't make up my mind.
