Well...When I was a 5th grade student; and now I am a senior.
What does English mean to you? What do you like about it?
To me, language is a tool. I like to learn new languages; I enjoy
listening to others' talks.

Practice and practice.
In Taiwan, students are good at reading and writing; people can try to
chat with native speakers or just practice with friends. Don't be afraid.
