gabbly.com is a tool/website which allows you to chat on almost any
sites, just add "gabbly.com/" before the url.
(eg. http://gabbly.com/tw.yahoo.com )
addtionally, you may just go to http://gabbly.com and chat there,
usually there are some foreigners from other countries,
and if you are lucky, you may find some nice ppl to chat and practice.
however, that is a public chatroom, which means morons and impolite ppl
do exist. therefore, when you meet some ppl making you uncomfortable,
just click their names on the list and then "mute" them :)
