i think you have two problems
at first i have to say that i am not a profesional in business
but this will give you some hints
one is to planing to go abroad
and the other is presentation in english
before you visit singapore
1.you have to confirm when and where is the meeting
(detail of the meeting schedule )
2.is visa needed for you , the air-ticket ,and booking hotel
all can be done by travel-agency
3.the boarding time showed on the ticket is the local time
you have to reach airport and chack in two hours before the boarding time
(dont miss your flight)
4.write down all the adress you need....
**i really dont know what kinds of info you need
and the secound
presentation in english
i have some audio data if you need just mail to my bbs mail

Hi~ I can hear the worry in your post...
well, firstly you don't really have to be that worried...
as the people in Singapore do understand chinese.
Getting around won't be as hard as you imagine it to be.
Concentrate on your presentation, if you are not confident with your english
try doing your presentation in chinese, then convert it to english
keeping in mind of the points you want to get across
