Hi everyone, I'm Mu. I'm a Scottish guy, working and living in Taiwan for almost 2 years now, lecturing at a Taiwanese university. I'm looking for intelligent, English speaking friends, and also a girlfriend if I can find the right person (so far, no luck). I found this forum because I was also looking for somewhere I can chat in English with people. I already met one or two of the people on this forum, on other TW BBSs. I'm a computing guy; I play badminton and a little basketball (I'm tall, but I'm really bad at it); I do photography; I like to read and write (in English). I like Asian films, especially Hong Kong comedy films. My chinese isn't very good. I'm interested in science, medicine, science fiction, eating foreign food. If you have similar interests, please write back to me, it would be nice to meet you. Nice to meet you all ^_^ 木 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.208.153

And I had lots of fun running up the great wall at Simitai as fast as I could! I've been to many other interesting places in China, but simitai is one of my favourite. And beijing duck was the tastiest food I ate when in China. In scotland, the highlands are very beautiful. I miss them sometimes. The monster at loch ness is probably just a big eel or something. There have been lots of studies to find it. Mostly, it is great for bringing over tourists :-) Mu ※ 引述《viven (綠波芙蕖)》之銘言: : Lol,my friend has been working in Scottland,it's said the highland is very beautiful, isn't it? : and I'm very interested in the monster at loch mess, had you been there? : besides,I heard some tale about vampire via internet, have you visited these castles, whether they are as mysterious as the tale : BTW,I'm from Beijing, not Taiwanese, living and working in Beijing : If you like, you may have a trip, many traditional snacks are very decilious : Roasted duck maybe the best-known cate, according to my experience,Dadong's roasted duck is much more decilious than Quanjude or Bianyifang : ※ 引述《ataoyuanguy (A Taoyuan Guy)》之銘言: : : Hi everyone, : : I'm Mu. I watched Shaolin Soccer when it came out, and I couldn't believe what I was seeing! It was so amazing and funny! So, I became a big fan of Stephen Chow, and I started watching Japanese, Hong Kong, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean cinema. It's totally great :-) Actually, one of my colleagues at the university is a PhD specialist in Asian film ,so we have something in common to talk about often :-) ※ 引述《ataoyuanguy (A Taoyuan Guy)》之銘言: : Hi everyone, : I'm Mu.
