(整理中啦~一團亂~~~一涅斯塔的文章最煩了~又難翻又長~~~) Firstly, could you talk us through your time so far in Barca. 首先,能告訴我們你在巴塞這些日子來的經過嗎? The truth is it's been pretty good so far. I've been lucky enough for things to go well and to have the confidence of the managers, and, of course, that's been very important. Right from the beginning in the boys teams, I've kept improving, and now I've made the breakthrough into the first team, I've got to keep working hard. I have to enjoy myself to the limit because it's an honour to be at the top surrounded by these great players. I have to enjoy my football and learn from them. 說真的,一直以來都很好。我很幸運的是事情都是往好的方面走,而且得到了 教練的信賴,當然,那是很重要的。 從我進入少年隊開始,我都持續進步著,而現在我已經突破到進入了一隊, Where did Barca first spot you? The Barca scouts first spotted me playing in a seven-a-side tournament in Albacete. I was chosen as best player and thanks to those scouts I can say now that I belong to a great Club like Barcelona. What was it like at the beginning in Barca? It was quite hard. You have to remember that I was only 12 when I came here, leaving behind my family in the village. I had quite a hard time, but thanks to all the people here, my team-mates and above all to the way we were treated in the "Masia" (the Barca football academy) everything became much easier. What stands out for you in the "Masia" factory of dreams? We're all strangers when we arrive at the "Masia" and this creates a feeling of companionship. Like I've said before, this makes for a great atmosphere, so it's easier to fit in. As for friendships, there's a bit of everything. Some people pass through the academy very quickly and there's hardly time to get to know them, while others can become close friends. Which coach has helped you most since you've been here? They've all been important, especially as they've all had confidence in me. However, Angel Pedraza in the Youth squad was very important for me and the whole team. And I mustn't forget the coaches in Barca B. Costas, Rojo, Juanjo and Albert Capella are excellent people who help you a lot. Is it a good idea to use the same systems of play in the lower squads as in the first team? I think it's basic. If you accept that it's every young player's dream to break into the first team, there's no better way than to know how the first team plays right from the very beginning. It makes it easier when you finally make it. Barca favours its home grown talent how do you view this? Very positively. I believe that its important that the lads in the lower squads are excited about breaking into the first team. The fact that a number of our greatest players in recent years have come through the ranks is a real motivation. That's what home grown talent is for, to be there when the Club needs them. Who's had the most influence on you as a player? I've always liked Laudrup and, above all, Guardiola. When I arrived here, I had the chance to see him play. Then there's Xavi, and Im lucky enough to be able to learn playing in the same team as him. In fact, Guardiola has said on a number of occasions that you will be a big success in the Club. What can I say! It's a great honour that someone like him, who has been a great player for the Club and who continues to mean so much for the Club, should say something like that about me. I only hope I can be as good as him one day. You've made your debut in the first team. Is Andres Iniesta on cloud nine? There's always something more to learn. As I said before, I've got the chance to be here and to learn day by day next to some great players. I'm very young and I'm keen to keep on developing as a player. What's your favourite position on the pitch? The two positions in which I've played most frequently are in central midfield or just behind the strikers. That's where I feel most at home. The main thing is to be training well and when the manager calls on you to be 100% fit. How do you feel just before you play for the first team ? I remember that all I could only think about was breaking into the first team. It's logical that when you think about something so much, you really believe it can happen. But it's also true that when you get out there on the pitch, all your nervousness disappears. You have to go all out and be focussed on the match. What does it mean for you to be training with the first team? Since the start of the season, I've been training with the first team and playing with Barca B. That's no problem. I'm only grateful to the managers of the first team and of Barca B for giving me this chance and for having confidence in me. Van Gaal said after the Mallorca match that the only reason you hadn't played before was because you were injured. How did you feel out there on the pitch? I'm grateful for his words and for his confidence in me. The truth is I felt at home, above all because of the support I got from my team-mates, both on and off the bench.
