Rivaldo Has Milan Contract Torn Up
09/26/2003. After a week of frenzied media speculation Milan have astonishingly
agreed to release Rivaldo from his contract.
The Brazilian was known to be unhappy at his lack of first-team football, and
it was indeed he who requested to have his contract torn up.
The news was announced by vice-president Adriano Galliani at a press conference.
Early possible destinations for the playmaker would be Real Madrid or Chelsea,
although everything is speculation up to this point.
