Aiming to follow UAE into Formula One

  The Middle Eastern state Qatar is the latest name that can be added
to a list of prospective future venues for Formula One.

  Referring to his country's existing race, and Abu Dhabi's newly confirmed
Grand Prix for 2009, Bahrain finance minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed
Al Khalifa said: "Qatar is also planning to follow the (United Arab Emirates)
 in starting a similar project, which clearly shows that Formula One is
a good marketing strategy."

  European races traditionally have been removed to make way for new venues,
but Bernie Ecclestone is keen to see the calendar extended to 20 races, with
further restrictions on testing.

    F1目前已有巴林站，阿布達比又已經確定取得F1七年的主辦權，卡達除了現有的
Moto GP外似乎也有意爭取主辦F1。

    繼Tilke Cup之後，F1也將產生Middle East Cup了嗎？(茶)
