F1 to stay ahead of rule changes - Hamilton
Rule changes will initially slow Formula One

Championship leader Lewis Hamilton on Thursday expressed confidence Formula
One can stay ahead of the sweeping rule changes set to come into force in
2009.
冠軍積分領先者HAM表示，
雖然2009年的規則有所變動，
不過HAM對於F1研發相當有信心。

Teams are currently working hard in preparation for next year, when a drastic
reduction in aerodynamic downforce poses a threat to the sort of lap times
currently being set.
明年最大的規則變動是空力方面下壓力的減少，
讓單圈時間可能會大幅度增加。

The return of slick tyres, and the 'boost' button in the form of
energy-recovery KERS systems, should help the drivers to claw back the lost
speed, and Hamilton said on a visit to Mumbai that he believes development
advances can stay ahead of efforts to slow the cars.
光頭胎和KERS的採用，可能可以幫助車手們取回因為下壓力調整所損失的速度。
而HAM認為研發的進展將會克服降低車速的努力。

"GP2 is getting faster and Formula One will have to stay faster," the McLaren
driver said in India for a promotional event.
HAM：
"GP2現在越來越快了，而F1將會比他們更快。"

"Every time new rules and regulations are brought in, teams only get faster,"
Hamilton added, according to the news agency PTI.
HAM：
"每次新規則出現的時候，車隊只會變得更快。"
