Mercedes' Haug backs Hamilton after gaffe
''Everyone makes mistakes...''
Haug："每個人總是會犯錯的嘛~~"

Mercedes-Benz boss Norbert Haug has expressed a clear vote of confidence in
Lewis Hamilton, after the McLaren driver's embarrassing pitlane crash in
Canada two weeks ago.
雖然在加拿大大賽中，HAM導致了令人感到丟臉的車禍，
不過賓士頭頭Norbert Haug對於HAM還是很有信心的。

23-year-old Hamilton was the subject of fierce external criticism following
his Montreal gaffe, which earned him a ten-position grid penalty for the
French grand prix this weekend.
車禍後，HAM收到猛烈大量的批評。
同時也被判決，將在法國大賽中退後10位出發，作為懲處。

"Everyone makes mistakes," Haug is quoted as saying by the German news agency
DPA, "and in Canada he paid the price."
Haug：
"人有失手馬有錯蹄。他也付出代價了。"

"We support him fully and will continue to do so, but he doesn't require any
motivation pills," the German added.
Haug：
"我們之前全力支持他，現在跟未來也是。
 不過他倒沒要求任何的動機藥丸。"

Haug's backing follows Hamilton's admission on BBC Radio this week that he is
feeling the weight of the pressure on him this year.
Haug的聲援是在HAM在BBC廣播中說了自己今年的壓力後發聲的。

"The sport is fun, but there's a way you have to learn to enjoy it," he told
the Five Live programme.
HAM：
"F1是很有樂趣的，不過你必須要學著如何去享受。

"There's so much pressure, and I can't begin to explain how much pressure I
have on my shoulders."
HAM：
"壓力是真的很大，而我也沒辦法說明我肩膀上的壓力有多沉重。"

"I put a lot of pressure on myself, and when you don't succeed it doesn't
feel so great," Hamilton added.
HAM：
"我給自己太多壓力，而當結果不如預期時，你的感受也不會太好。"

"But these are character-building days and the days that make you stronger."
HAM：
"不過這就是所謂的”性格塑造期”，也就是這些日子讓你變的更加強壯。"
