Most teams picked same tyre strategy 18 March 2007 This season Formula 1 teams will have to use both Bridgestone compounds during the race. The Japanese tyre manufacturer brought a soft and medium compound to Melbourne. The softer compound was marked with a white spot. Most of the Formula 1 drivers stopped twice to change tyres and get fuel in the pitlane. Almost everyone with a two-stop strategy began the race on the medium compound and finished the race on the softer compound.
