New Renault breaks cover at Jerez

  Renault's 2006 car - the R26 broke cover this morning as testing resumed
at a chilly Jerez circuit in southern Spain. The car featured the usual
livery but main differences can be seen in the sidepods and some sharper
looking aerodynamic fixtures.

  This is the first time Renault has also tested its new V8 engine on track
- its testing before Christmas was compelted with a limited V10 engine in
the back of last year's championship-winning car.

  Giancarlo Fisichella is completing the first shakedown test laps of the
new car. More details and photos to follow throughout the day.
