Speed drops a place after penalty

Hungarian Grand Prix stewards have cancelled Scott Speed's three fastest
qualifying times as punishment for impeding another driver during Saturday's
session.

The move means the Toro Rosso driver will drop a place on the grid for
Sunday's race, starting from 20th rather than 19th position, ahead of Super
Aguri's Sakon Yamamoto and Midland’s Christijan Albers.
