Renault chief - Honda no longer a threat

  Renault technical director Bob Bell says that the championship is
now between his own team, Ferrari and possibly McLaren. Bell believes
that the theat from Honda has gone, despite Button's strong start to
the season.

  "Renault, McLaren, Honda and Ferrari could barely be separated during
the opening races," Bell said. "Things are different at the moment. I
think we have maintained our level of performance, and Ferrari have
caught up their deficit. The balance of power between them and us is
very tight. McLaren is a little behind, but they have made a good step
forward."

  "Five wins from seven races is a fantastic result. I am very satisfied
with the team's performance, and that of the R26," he added. "For the
moment, things are looking good - but the competition is very tough. "
