在美國GP BMW Sauber剛開始練習 排位還不錯
不過正賽厄運連連
Nick Heidfeld 由於排位車子突然有問題 只做出第十
在起跑後馬上超到第七
可是阿 第一圈第一個彎遭受連累 出去就算了 還轉了六七圈...orz
JV排位還不錯 第六 跑的也很順 在SC進去後還有第七的位置
可是...比賽到一半 還是逃不過DNF的命運...><

After a good qualifying performance the BMW Sauber F1 Team left the US.
Grand Prix on Sunday empty handed. Nick Heidfeld had moved up to seventh
after the start when he was involved in a first corner accident. His car
rolled several times, but the German escaped unhurt. Jacques Villeneuve
was also seventh when he retired on lap 24 with an engine failure.

在排位賽的表現不錯 但是BMW Sauber車隊在美國分站什麼都沒拿到. Nick在起跑後位置
上升到第七位 但是她被捲入第一個彎道的意外 他的車在空中轉了好幾圈 但是他並沒有
受傷 自己走出車外. Jacques在第24圈因為引擎故障而退賽 退賽的位置也是第七位
(看來7在美國對BMW Sauber並不是一個幸運的數字...><)

Jacques Villeneuve: " The car was feeling good and we had quite a lot of
grip. we were running stong and were quite a bit faster than the three
cars ahead of us, so I was just waiting for the pit stops to see what
happened. The eigine just gave up, sad because it was the first race on
this engine so something must have gone wrong. It was very disappointing
as we could have been in the points today."

Jacques:" 車子感覺起來很好 而起我們有很大的抓地力 我們跑起來實力很堅強而且
比我們前方的三輛車還快 所以我就等著進站看看我們的策略會有什麼表現. 可是引擎
放棄了 我很難過因為這是這顆引擎的第一場比賽 所以一定有什麼問題
本來我們還跑在積分內 這樣實在讓人很難過

Nick Heidfeld:" I escaped unhurt from the accident. I don't know exactly
what happened. It looks as if there was another accident before this. I had
a very good start and had already made up three positions so was almost
next to Jacques. then all of a sudden I was airborne. It is such a shame as
we have been really strong here."
Nick:"我沒有受傷的從這個意外逃出來 我不知道揪景發生了什麼事. 看起來好像這我
出去之前就有另一個意外了. 我有很好的起跑而且已經上升三個位置 在JV後面
然後突然我就飛到空中了. 很遺憾的 我們在這裡的實力不錯

Mario Theissen(BMW Motorsport Director):"A strong qualifying was
followed by a disappointing race. It looks as if Indianapolis for BMW is
always associated with some special drama. At the first corner Nick was
already involved in an accident. The crash wasn't his fault and ended with
the car rolling over several times. Luckily he wasn't hurt. On Jacques car
we had a sudden engine failure. We will only be able to analyse in Munich
what caused this failure. In Magny-Cours we have to try and regain some
lost ground."

小鬍子馬力歐:"在不錯的排位賽後事一場失望的比賽 看起來好像在Indianapolis
BMW都會遇到一些特別的慘劇. 再第一個彎 Nick就被捲入一個意外 賊個撞車並不是他的
錯但是結果是車子在空中轉了幾圈. 幸運的是他並沒有受傷. 在Jacques的車上 我們突然
遇到引擎故障. 在法國站我們要在努力並拿回一些失去的分數

Willy Rampf (Technical Director Chassis):"Obviously it is a great pity that
both cars retired here. Nick had a very good start, but unfortunately his
race was over in the first corner. Also Jacques was well placed when he
retired. Our strategy would have worked out."

威力(車架技術總監):"很明顯的兩台車在這裡都退賽很遺憾 Nick 有很棒的起跑 但是不幸
的再第一個彎 他的比賽就結束了. 另外 JV在退賽時的位置也不錯

"When you start so far back you have to race hard to make up places.
Unfortunately it was pretty tight at the start and as everybody braked for
the second corner I was being squeezed by one of the Hondas and regrettably I
hit Kimi. I'm obviously really upset for the team who have worked so hard the
whole weekend as having both cars out on the opening lap is disastrous."

當你起跑後你必須很努力爭取位置 很不幸的 在起跑的時候實在很緊 每個人都在進第二
個彎前煞車 我被一台Honda擠到一邊 我很後悔我撞到Kimi 我對我的車隊感到很難過因為
他們在整個賽是週末工作很努力 兩台車在第一圈就退賽實在是個災難

"It's really disappointing because we were fuelled to go long and I think the
strategy would have worked well for us. We had a great opportunity today. I
was approaching turn two and we were already three abreast when Montoya
decided to get past all three of us at the same time. He had a lot of room to
go up the inside so I don't really know why he hit my back wheel, but that
pushed me into Heidfeld who hit my right rear which launched his car into the
air. I saw him roll and it was all just a big mess really. We came in and the
guys worked on the car but it became clear that it would not have been able
to finish the race. The impact was so hard I'm surprised I was able to drive
away from it, never mind get back to the pits, so it just goes to show what a
strong car we have. Very frustrating but I guess we have to put it behind us
and look ahead to the test next week, which should bring us some positive
steps for Magny-Cours."
實在讓人有夠難過的因為我們載油很重為了要跑很久 而且我認為這個策略對我們來說會
有效. 今天我們有很棒的機會 我正接近第二個彎和三台車並排 當Montoya決定同時超掉
我們. 他有足夠的空間往內側靠 所以我不知道為什麼他撞到我的後輪 但是那讓我的右後
輪撞到Heidfeld, 他很可憐 他的車飛到空中 我看他翻滾而那實在是很糟糕
(後面自己看 自己翻譯XD)
實在很有趣啊XD...期待兩人以後的良性互動...
