Briatore surprised about McLaren's request

Flavio Briatore was surprised to read reports where McLaren CEO Martin
Whitmarsh has told reporters they would love to have Fernando Alonso in their
car later this week to test the car. Briatore has said McLaren never
approached Renault for an official request.

Speaking with Gazzetta dello Sport Briatore said: "I believe McLaren send
their request to the wrong address. If they want Alonso to join them in
earlier they should talk to Renault and not with reporters."

Briatore didn't consider an early release yet for Alonso. "I haven't thought
about this yet and I don't think it is so important really," Briatore said.
"I wish Fernando a merry Christmas and a relaxing holiday, because when the
season starts we will beat him."

Briatore說他對McLaren想要小新提早替他們測試的報導感到很驚訝。
他說McLaren從來沒有跟Renault提出這個要求。

Briatore說:「我相信McLaren找錯人喊話了。如果他們想小新早點開始替他們工作，
他們應該跟我們談，而不是找記者。」

「我沒有想過提早讓Alonso走這件事，我也不覺得這件事有多重要。
我祝Fernando聖誕快樂，希望他會有一個輕鬆的假期，因為下年度一開始，
我們就會打敗他。」
