Two former Ferrari drivers have criticised Michael Schumacher's return this
week to the Formula One test tracks.
兩位前法拉力車手批評舒馬克回鍋測試。
The retired seven time world champion is scheduled to drive the title-winning
F2007 alongside his former race rivals on Tuesday and Wednesday, as
post-season testing kicks off at the Circuit de Catalunya.
舒馬克將會在週二週三兩天參與法拉力在卡塔隆尼亞的測試。
Furthermore, the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reports that
there is a possibility that Schumacher, 38, will also travel with the Ferrari
team to Jerez for the subsequent test.
而德國報紙Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung說，
舒馬克也有可能參與後續在Jerez的測試。
"I thought Michael made the right decision to retire one year ago," said
Frenchman Jean Alesi, who drove for Ferrari in the nineties before
Schumacher's arrival in 1996.
在舒馬克1996年過檔去法拉力之前，爲法拉力出賽的阿雷希叔叔說：
"我覺得舒馬克一年前作出退休的決定是正確的。”
Alesi told the Swiss newspaper Blick: "The fact that he wants to test again
does not seem right. It must also be remembered that even testing is very
dangerous.
"但是他重新參與測試的事實則看起來不怎麼樣。"
"別忘了，就算是測試，F1還是傷當危險的。"
"And just imagine if Michael does a better time than the proper drivers - the
newspapers will go mad, but what will Ferrari think?"
"而且想想看，如果出現舒馬克跑的比現役車手還好的狀況---
 媒體會瘋狂的；而且法拉力會怎麼想?"
Triple world champion Niki Lauda also questions the wisdom of Schumacher's
Spanish return.
三屆世界冠軍Lauda同樣質疑舒馬克的回鍋測試。
"The only important victory in this game is the day on which you step out of
the paddock with your life," said the great Austrian, who still wears the
scars of his near-fatal Nurburgring crash in 1976.
在1976年Nurburgring發生近乎致命的車禍後，
傷痕還在身上的Lauda這麼說：
"F1車手的唯一勝利就是活著退休。"
More jovially, Lauda added: "Raikkonen will be happy that he does not have to
see it! For me, this test is a Marlboro PR stunt, just as his ride on the
Ducati was."
"Kimi應該很高興不用看到這場測試。"
"對我來說，這根本就是Marlboro PR特技表演；就跟舒馬克試乘Ducati一樣。"
