Bruno Senna reckons he showed what he could do in a Formula 1 car in today's
Barcelona test - and now just hopes that his performance was sufficient for
Honda.

The nephew of late Ayrton Senna was eighth quickest at the end of his first
full day of F1 testing, and was only 0.3s slower than teammate Jenson Button.

圈速度，這個成績只比他的隊友鈕扣先生慢了0.3秒。
After acclimatising to the Honda on Monday afternoon, Senna felt today's times
represented his true potential.
在星期一下午適應本田之後，小洗拿覺得今天的成績可以代表他真正的潛能。
"Today has been a really good day and I'm very pleased," he said.
「今天真是美好的日子而且我非常滿意。」他說。
"I've become a lot more comfortable and confident in the car and I think that
showed in the lap time, both in the actual time and also the consistency."
「我在本田賽車裡頭已經越來越能適應而且信心大增，我想這直接體現在圈速上面，同時
包含了實際的圈速跟穩定性。」
"We found some good set-ups and we were able to make a lot of progress through
the day."
「我們找到些不錯的設定，同時整天下來我們也進步許多。」
"Whether what I did today is good enough is for the team to decide now and I
respect that."
「不論我今天的表現是否能令本田滿意，我都會尊重他們最後所做的決定。」
"But for me personally, for my first time in a Formula 1 car, I have to be
happy with what I achieved today."
「但是對我個人而言，第一次駕駛F1就能有如此的表現我真的很高興。」
Senna, Renault test driver Lucas di Grassi and existing Honda driver
Rubens Barrichello are all in contention for the team's second seat alongside
Button next year.

Team boss Ross Brawn said both the young Brazilians had impressed Honda.

"Lucas and Bruno have both performed admirably over the course of the week and
their evident enthusiasm and commitment has made them a pleasure to work with,"
he said.

工作夥伴。」他說。
"We will now take some time to carefully consider our findings from this test
before reaching any further conclusions."

Senna added that whatever the outcome of the test, he had thoroughly enjoyed
the experience.
小洗拿補充說，不論測試的結果為何，他整個很享受這個經驗。
"Driving a Formula 1 car is a very special feeling and it is very easy to know
why it is the pinnacle of motorsport," he said.
「駕駛F1賽車真的是很特別的感覺，你很容易就知道這為什麼是汽車運動的最高殿堂。」
他說。
"It's very different to anything else you can drive and I just wanted to go
faster and faster."
「這跟任何你所能駕駛的都很不一樣，我只是想把速度推到極限。」
"Aside from the hard work and focus here this week I have really enjoyed
myself."
「撇開測試的辛苦以及測試週當中的重點，我真的是樂在其中。」
