FIA wish BAR Honda every success
As the team return to action at Nurburgring

  The FIA today have made it clear that the whole BAR Honda - San Marino
saga is firmly behind them and that the governing body wishes the team
every success during the remainder of the season.

  On May 12th, BAR Honda put out a press release stating that they now
accepted that cars must weigh more than 600 KG at all times and that the
team accepted the International Court of Appeal's decision to as 'fair
in the circumstances'

  "Following the BAR Honda press release of May 11 (it was actually the
Thursday 12th) the FIA regards the San Marino Grand Prix incident as
closed," a statement read today. "BAR Honda are no longer under
investigation and the FIA wish them every success in the remaining 13
rounds of the FIA Formula One World Championship."

  BAR Honda are back on track this weekend at Nurburgring looking to
score their first points of the season.
