Brundle says Massa is dark horse for 2008 title
''It is not at all inconceivable''

Martin Brundle, a British expert pundit and former Formula One driver, has
named Felipe Massa as the dark horse for the 2008 title.
前F1車手，現任F1評論員，英國籍的Martin Brundle點名Massa是冠軍黑馬人選。

Amid the ultra-high profile of countryman Lewis Hamilton, the reigning World
Champion Kimi Raikkonen and the ultra-consistent Robert Kubica, Briton
Brundle, 49, thinks the current leader of the drivers' standings is also very
much a genuine contender.
Brundle認為，
除了台面上最常被提到的三人--衛冕冠軍Kimi，超高調的HAM，及超穩定的庫必殺--之外
，現在的積分領先者Massa也是相當具有競爭力的，

He wrote in his latest column for the Sunday Times that Brazilian Massa, 27,
who drives for Ferrari, "made major errors" at the start of the season.
在他的報紙專欄中，
Brundle寫到Massa在賽季初期，"犯了幾個嚴重的錯誤"。

But "on his day Massa is immense," Brundle added.
不過，"在好的日子中，他的表現超棒。"

"We saw him deliver his almost customary victories at Bahrain and Turkey, but
it was generally accepted that over the course of the season Raikkonen would
be the one to put in the critical fast laps around the pit-stop window, get
to the front and control the race," he said.
"Yet Massa has apparently upped his game yet further this year."
Brundle：
"他在巴林和土耳其用充滿他風格的方式取得勝利。
 雖然說大家比較一致的看法是，Kimi的表現到目前為止是最好，
 不過Massa今年的進步也是相當明顯的。"

Brundle also credits Massa's race engineer Rob Smedley with giving the driver
"a more steely edge" recently.
Brundle也稱讚了Massa的工程師Rob Smedley，
他認為Rob的努力，給了Massa"更加強大的優勢"。

And "Massa is impressing me in the level way in which he is handling success
and failure, taking both in his stride. It is not at all inconceivable that
he could be this year's World Champion," according to Brundle.
Brundle：
"Massa在處理情緒的方面也讓我印象深刻，
 不論是獲勝或是失敗，他都是非常冷靜地處理。
 Massa最終獲得世界冠軍，也不是機率很小的事情。"
