Raikkonen confident on championship hopes
''There are definitely many races to go''

2007 Formula One World Champion Kimi Raikkonen started this year's campaign
in style, reaching the podium four times within the first five races of the
2008 season, including victories in Malaysia and Spain. Then came a pair of
races which spelled nothing but trouble for the Finn.
衛冕世界冠軍的Kimi，非常風格化地展開了這個賽季。
前五場比賽四次站上頒獎台後，隨之而來的是兩場麻煩不斷的比賽。
During the Monaco Grand Prix, the confines of the legendary street circuit
saw Raikkonen damage his front wing at the first corner, forcing an
unscheduled stop in the pitlane in addition to the issuance by the stewards
of a drive-through penalty when Ferrari mechanics failed to fit the tyres on
his car before the pre-race deadline came into effect.

To make matters worse, Raikkonen slid into the back of Adrian Sutil's Force
India car late in the rain-soaked race, losing his front wing yet again and
resulting in a ninth-place finish - just shy of the points zone.
更糟的是，還在比賽中撞上了Sutil的車子，再次失去前鼻翼，
並且拿下剛好沒有分的第九名。
The following race in Montreal would not fare better when he was involved in
one of the most surprising moments of the Canadian Grand Prix. Failing to see
the flashing red light and Raikkonen's car duly stopped and waiting at the
pit lane exit, Lewis Hamilton smashed into the back end of the Ferrari,
taking both drivers out of the race.
接下來的加拿大大賽，也沒有好到哪邊去。
因為沒有看見PITLANE出口的紅燈跟Kimi的車，所以HAM就一頭撞上，造成兩人雙雙退賽。
Two consecutive non-points results are about all a title contender can afford
over the course of a championship, but at an FIA press conference ahead of
the French Grand Prix, overall fourth-placed Kimi Raikkonen made it clear
that he maintains good hopes of being successful again this year in clinching
another crown.
連續兩場沒有拿下積分的比賽對於想要爭奪世界冠軍的車手來說，
已經是最大的容忍程度了。
不過在法國大賽前的記者會，現在車手績分第四名的Kimi，對於爭奪今年的車手冠軍，
依然保持著相當濃厚的希望。
"It definitely looked better for me before the last two races but there's
still a long way to go," Raikkonen pointed out. "The points gap is pretty
small between all the guys at the front, so we haven't lost anything yet. As
long as we start getting where we should be in the races, we can easily come
back but we cannot really afford to drop back more than we are now."
Kimi：
"第五場比賽結束的時候，情勢的確是比現在(第七場賽事結束)好很多。
不過我們還有長長的賽季還沒結束。"
"每個人之間分數的差距是很小的，所以我們也不算失去任何優勢。
只要我們能夠達到我們應該有的表現，我想我們可以輕易地重回巔峰。
不過我們也的確無法承擔比現在更差的狀況了。"
The Finn intends to make a points comeback this week-end at the Magny-Cours
circuit.
Kimi當然想在本週的賽事中，拿下佳績，補一下業績。
"It's not the perfect place," he admitted, adding: "I think we have a strong
package and we just need to get the best out of it and use it. We will see
what happens now, but there are definitely many races to go, so nothing lost
or gained. I'm not too worried about it."
Kimi：
"對我們來說這的確不是最適合的賽道。"
"不過我想我們有很好的套件，我們要做就是把性能榨出來，並且好好地利用。
我們也將會看看事情發展如何，不過還有很多場比賽要跑啦，
你也無法說誰有優勢誰有劣勢。我不會太擔心啦。"
"Yeah, definitely we are going to score points, if we can just get the car to
the finish," Raikkonen added cautiously. "But we're here to try to win the
race, so hopefully we can manage to do it and that would help a lot."
Kimi：
"當然我們會拿下分數，只要我們可以完賽。"
"但是我們還是希望可以在比賽中獲勝，所以啦，
希望我們可以贏，而且那將會對於我們的冠軍爭奪幫助頗多。"
