我在3月初offerpal的功能被封鎖 我03/05星期五晚上有連絡Offerpal support team(support@offerpal.com) 寫著我在Happy Fish Bowl的offerpal功能遭到封鎖,並附上Facebook上的UID號碼 以下是03/06上星期六晚上7點多回覆我的 ============================================================================ As you know, we have previously manually credited you for numerous verified offers. These credits should now available within your account. With each manually credited offer, you should have received additional information from Offerpal to assist in ensuring completed offers are auto-credited. Offers may fail to auto-credit for a number of factors, including: Offer Eligibility Requirements: Additional eligibility requirements vary by offer, but all offers typically include the following requirements: - limited to 1 completion per a household - limited to new members or signups Web Browser Requirements: Your web browser must be configured properly in order to allow the advertisers to properly track an offer completion. - JavaScript is enabled - Images are enabled - "Accept 3rd Party Cookies" is enabled. Unfortunately at this time, due to the high number of completed offers that have failed to auto-credit, our policy with the game publisher requires we disable further offers from your account. We apologize for the inconvenience, but your account will no longer be able to initiate offers through Offerpal. This action has no affect on your ability to play the game, and any unused credits previously received will remain in your account. The game publisher may request we reenable offers to your account. You may wish to contact them and ask they contact us on your behalf. We are unable to reenable offers to your account without the game publisher's approval. Your account should be restored very soon. Should you have more questions and concerns, please contact us again. Best regards, 6waves Support ============================================================================= 但是到03/12都沒有恢復offerpal的功能,所以我又寫了信給6waves,說明offerpal還沒有 解除封鎖,6waves在03/15回信給我 Dear user, We have contacted Offerpal again for reenabling your account.
