重新讓打鬥時可以直接得到戰利品

修正了莫斯科任務章節問題
* Fixed issues with Moscow jobs page not loading for some users
* Fixed the scrolling issue with the Game News page
* Fixed commenting on job help posts.
* Fixed the issue some users were facing with the My Mafia page not
loading correctly
打人又有loot可拿了 事實上官方還少講了一點
在修正前的前一個版本 雙倍exp bounds和loot bounds不會同時出現
現在又會了 簡單說就是和原來的打鬥系統相同
然後多了一個可以讓特定朋友點的loot
(雖然這上次就有 但是被罵很慘)
