美國加州大學洛杉磯校區安德森管理學院(UCLA Anderson School of Management)主辦全
球商業領導競賽(Global Business Leadership Competition)，全球共挑選12所全球知名
管理學院來參與，本院亦在邀請競賽名單中。此次競賽希冀學生能接觸並更深入了解與國
際領導能力之相關議題。
UCLA Anderson School of Management has invited NTU College of Management to
participate in first annual Global Business Competition host by UCLA Anderson
School of Management. Approximately 12 business schools world wide are
selected to participate in this competition. It is a global leadership
competition among top MBA programs worldwide to engage MBA students from
around the world in a broad and deep dialogue on global leadership.
將於2008年4月10日(四)至4月13日(日)於美國加州大學洛杉磯校區安德森管理學院舉行競
賽。本院將甄選出5位碩士班學生，連同一位指導教授代表台大管院與全球頂尖商學院之
代表角逐競爭。參賽團隊將針對各種國際領導相關議題，包含企業倫理、國際市場擴張，
及變革管理進行比賽，並有數個以領導力為主的單元，例如談判演練、模擬危機處理記者
會，及多層面的決策演練等，因此參賽團隊必須能夠運用各個領域的知識來制訂並有效的
傳達其領導決策。
The competition is scheduled for Thursday, April 10-Sunday, April 13, 2008,
and is to be held at UCLA Anderson School of Management. A team of 5 MBA
students, accompanied by a faculty advisor, will be representing NTU College
of Management to compete with teams from top business schools worldwide. The
participants will compete on a variety of global business leadership issues,
including business ethics, international expansion, and change management.
The competition is a 3-day event consisting of several leadership-focused
modules, ranging from a negotiations exercise to a crisis management press
conference to a multi-phase decision simulation. The modules will cover a
wide range of disciplines and therefore the participants must be able to draw
from each discipline in order to formulate and effectively communicate their
leadership decisions.
食宿與機票將由 主辦單位支付。有意報名的碩士班同學請於1月30日前將履歷表、成績單
、及英文能力證明(例如托福或多益成績)繳交至管院10樓國際事務室。口試名單及口試時
間將於2月18日於管院網站公告。
Costs for lodging, meals, and airfare will be covered by the organizer.
Interested students must submit their resume, transcript, and proof of
English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL or TOEIC score) to Office of International
Affairs at College of Management by January 30. The list of students who are
selected for an oral interview and the interview schedule will be announced
on the College of Management website on February 18.
